How to start my refund/exchange process?Updated 2 months ago

1. Enter your order number (e.g. #ROW12345) & post code (or email). This can be found in your order confirmation email.

2. Returns - select the items you wish to return, the quantity and the reason for returning using the reasons in the dropdown, click next.

3. Exchanges - follow step 2 & select Exchange as the reason in the dropdown, entering the alternative style(s) you want to receive in the comments box.

4. Confirm your personal information and click next.

5. Select either Drop Off - printer is not required or Drop Off - printer is required. 

6. If you are not from the UK, EU or Switzerland you might be liable to pay for the shipping label.

7. The QR code/shipping label will be emailed to you but we recommend taking a picture of the QR code as well.

8. Pack your items using the reusable LNDR packaging with all original LNDR tags still attached.
